§ 2-216. Statutory authority of division.

Pursuant to Act No. 18 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1933 (Ex. Sess.) (MCL 125.651 et seq.), as amended, a housing commission is hereby created in and for the city to be known as the public housing commission. The commission shall have and exercise all of the rights, powers, functions, duties and authority accorded by law.
